CiDR – Citrus Data Retrieval Software
CiDR is designed to support applications where multiple TxM (Transformer Monitoring) and Miro PQA loggers are deployed across a network.
Using CiDR, all connected devices can be centrally communicated with and managed from a single platform, enabling seamless remote access, automated data retrieval, and ongoing monitoring without the need for site visits.

Data is securely transferred over standard or encrypted channels, and automatically saved to your local network or any designated folder. Once downloaded, files can be easily opened and analysed using Citrus software, giving immediate visibility into power quality performance and asset condition. CiDR operates as a background Windows service, running continuously and executing scheduled downloads at predefined intervals. This ensures data is always up to date and available when needed.
