Adam Goldsmith
Managing Director
Adam is a Co-Founder of CHK Power Quality Pty Ltd and has over 25 years experience with product development, developing products for the Electrical and Rail sectors. Adam focuses on bringing new technologies and smart designs to market with an emphasis on product customisation.
Adam trained as a design engineer, gaining much experience and knowledge in firmware, software, electronics, and production. He also project managed the development of innovative products to market including Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) instruments.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
Ajeesh Joseph
Operations Director
Ajeesh is a Co-Founder and Operations Lead at CHK Power Quality Pty Ltd, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. He oversees services, production, procurement, and end-to-end operations management, ensuring products and projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, a client-focused culture he actively instills across his team.
Beginning his career as a plant maintenance engineer, Ajeesh advanced through roles in service, production, and commercial management within leading engineering organizations. He brings deep expertise in Total Quality Management, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence at CHK Power Quality.
Ajeesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, and a Diploma in Electronics from Nettur Technical Training Foundation (N.T.T.F), Bangalore.
